Mr. Ashley Casey...is a Decorated Disabled Veteran with 10 years active & reserve time duty experience in the USAF. He also supported DOD contractors for an additional 5 years.  A focused executive with strengths directing complex  programs, with emphasis on process re-engineering, product creation/innovation, business and technology transformation, product, engineering & manufacturing technology innovations. He has 25 years of domestic & international business experience. His greatest strength is taking complex problems and finding cost effective innovative solutions. Then implement/execute those solutions, whether it is a technology, business, or asset based solution. He prides himself on a job well done and customer satisfaction is paramount! BPG is lucky to have such an accomplished and customer focus leader as our CEO!

Mr. Larry Taylor...is a proven finance executive with over 25 years of experience in building, leading and advising corporations through complex manufacturing, expansion and capital market transactions. He is accomplished at structuring and negotiating financial transactions. Larry possesses strong leadership qualities, leading teams to improved financial performance, increase productivity and tighten internal controls. With to many accomplishments and accolades to mention. BPG is thankful to have Mr. Taylor's leadership and guidance helping us achieve our product and growth goals through fiscal responsibly!

Ms. Deborah McIntyre...is an accomplished executive, with over 35 years of general management experience across several disciplines. She has strong knowledge of engineering, sales and marketing, operations as well as government proposals, contracts and delivery.  She is a results oriented individual with the focus on quality assurance, productivity, logistics, provision analytics, technical documentation and manufacturing efficiencies.  Ms. McIntyre has been recognized in Who’s Who Among American Business Women. With to many accomplishments and accolades to mention. She has been a Leader and Trend setter in helping woman succussed in the Manufacturing and Engineering Leadership Roles.
